3 Photography Websites You Should Visit Daily

Besides visiting Portrait Inspiration for your daily dose of, well, inspiration there are other great photography websites that are sure to inspire you and your creativity. Here are my top 3 sites that I visit everyday to keep me photographically on top of my game.

3 Photography Websites You Should Visit Daily

Photography Websites

Digital Photography School

Arguably this has got to be the most comprehensive photography website out there. The digital photography school is filled with great information, helpful resources and a cool community of photographers just like you and me who are looking for answers to their questions.  The great thing about DPS is that it caters to all forms and areas of photography so if you are looking for information chances are it’s on there.

Photography Websites

Everything Bloom

If you like good clean websites filled with amazing tidbits of information along with spectacular images then Everything Bloom should be a website you check out daily.  This wonderful site is nurtured by a team of female photographers (most of whom are mothers) who inspire viewers with tips and tutorials, contests and challenges and much much more. They even have a forum to support others in search for inspiration and information. And if you ask me it’s a really pleasant website that makes you feel good every time you visit.

Photography Websites

Shory

Last but far from least is Shorpy. A website that posts daily vintage photos from the mid 1800′s to the mid to late 1900′s. Along with the amazing images from the past you can join by adding a free account to upload some of your own vintage photos if you wish. Although the site isn’t just portrait related I have yet to see a photo that doesn’t inspire. And if you thought you had it tough as a photographer in 2012 just imagine what the photographers from yesteryear went through.
